Smart Spending: Saying no to expensive nonessential capital projects funded by taxpayers, focusing on sustainable investments and improving bylaw enforcement
Accountability & Transparency: Strengthen attendance policies for Council, ensure clear and accessible voting records, enhance conflict of interest policies, strengthen financial reporting, implement accountability measures with municipal corporations (e.g., REAL), and improve communication with residents (e.g., road work and construction).
Environment: Advancing Regina’s Energy & Sustainability Framework (including accessing federal funding), incentivizing water conservation, expanding fare-free transit and replacing lead and asbestos cement waterlines.
A Vibrant & Inclusive City: Increase amenities in West Regina, improve housing conditions by holding slum landlords accountable, support revitalization of North Central, improve our animal bylaw, and add more year-round bathrooms in parks.
Ending Homelessness: Work with all levels of government to strengthen and fund a new and ambitious Plan to End Homelessness.
