VOTE NOW: Should Regina require mandatory face masks in indoor public spaces?

Calgary City Council recently passed a bylaw requiring that people wear face masks in all indoor public spaces starting Aug. 1.

Calgary's bylaw will require people to wear a face covering over their mouth, nose and chin in all indoor public spaces in the city--like malls, grocery stores, on Transit, in taxis and Ubers. Their bylaw will not include schools, daycares and multi-family residential buildings.

The Calgary bylaw will not apply to children under age 2, people with underlying medical conditions that inhibit their ability to wear a mask, people who are eating or drinking, or people who are engaging in a fitness activity, among other exemptions.

How do you think the city of Regina should approach the issue of face masks in indoor public spaces?
